- bottleground (ghiyya)
- Salt (according to taste)
- Black paper
- Red chilli powder (according to taste)
Cooking indian food
First i will take all vegitables and cut it. Similarly we are add few ingredients , like onion, capsicum. All are mixed well properly salt and red chilli.
Secondly we are make small ball of this mixed ingredients. This step we are follow after first step .
Finally I have make masala tikki at home. After follow the second step we are doing deep fry of ball of tikki.
